Outside of large groups, we are a first-come first serve bar with seated service only. This means that we do not allow standing at the bar to grab a drink and we require that all of our guests to be seated.

Introducing The Ibis, a hi-fi cocktail bar and coffee shop with a focus on fine cocktails, wines, food and locally roasted coffee enjoyed in the most optimal acoustic environment. Located in the former Coca Cola building in the Soda Pop District, it’s a place to relax, unwind, and go back to a classic time when quality sound ruled the day.
We have partnered with @gravityrecords who has installed an audiophile class sound system. Think tube amps, vintage wood grain speakers, and state-of-the-art turntables for Gravity’s highly knowledgeable staff of music curators, including their very own RizzyBeats, to take you on aural explorations daily.
We aim to create an experience that sounds as beautiful as it looks. The Ibis is as much a listening room as it will be a watering hole for friends and family to gather and make memories, where the music isn’t simply the backdrop, instead creating the centerpiece of a totally unique experience here in Wilmington. Expect every night to be different with diverse sounds and themes that are each their own.
Expect a beautiful selection of coffees roasted frequently and locally by Wilmington’s very own Casablanca Coffee Roasters and food options from Salt + Charm, Wilmington Bread and Pie Slayer!
